Richard Hart

Top sportsmen tend to win in other areas of life - Richard’s success in Real Estate given his sporting background is proof of this.

Born and raised in Remuera, he travelled extensively since leaving Auckland Grammar School in 1983, working in sales for Fisher and Paykel NZ and as part of the new sales force sent to Australia in 1987.

Richard’s real estate career began in 1991, joining Unlimited Potential in 1995. He is married to Wendy, owner of Flowers After Hours and now lives in Bassett Rd, Remuera in a 1960s Jasmax house previously owned and designed by John Austin.

Richard’s people first, the deal second approach is very much his "heart" and this has real synergy with the UP attitude to Real Estate. His affiliation with the University of Auckland (Property) and database are an added bonus to the easy manner he brings to his professional approach to Real Estate. 

On any day off, you’ll find Richard in the gym training for multi-sport events including sea swimming, MTB, running or kayaking.

Richard has been selling Real Estate in Remuera, Parnell, Epsom and the Bays since 1991, at Harcourts Group, Main Realty and now Unlimited Potential (1995).

Year on year average sales price (last 3 years) = $2,500,000 approx.

Since joining Unlimited Potential in 1995 Richard has consistently been in the top 10% earners of Real Estate sales NZ wide (all companies).
