Well the new C.V.s are here and with them much discussion.

The reality is that the market for your house did not change on Monday as a result of their publication. Buyers may take the new C.V. into account as one ingredient of their assessment of value, however C.V.s are not necessarily an indicator of your home’s likely selling price.

We have some cases where the asking price is less than the C.V. and vice versa. Be aware, C.V.s are created using a mathematical formula – no-one inspected your home in the process. In short, if you want to get a clearer understanding of your home’s value, I would be happy to give you an appraisal on a no obligation basis.
