Having lived and worked in Orlando Florida for BMW, first as a Salesperson then as a Business Manager Phillip earned a reputation as being very detailed, well presented and organised. His approach to customers is, “how would I like to be treated. I love to make a connection with people, listen to what they really want and deliver on that need better than anyone else. My objective is always to deliver with ethical and moral conduct along with transparency and professionalism. Born and raised in a farming community, Phillip learnt and developed a strong work ethic. He traveled extensively throughout the North Island and then the East coast of Australia after leaving school then moved to the US in January 2000. Phillip and his American wife Sarah now have a young son who attends the local Herne Bay Kindergarten “We moved back to New Zealand in November of 2016 to raise our son in this beautiful country and experience all the wonderful things that come along with living in Auckland. I love to travel, meet people and experience new cultures. I find it most gratifying to take complex problems and find a solution with attention to quality and detail. I have a passion for architecture and Real Estate. I enjoy sports and competitiveness in general and pushing my own personal boundaries.” Phillip’s intuitive listening disposition and all-round professionalism is both highly effective and immediately appealing.
