Bryce entered the real estate industry in 1993 after leaving a career in the textile industry involving extensive travel both internationally and domestically. The exposure of nationalities and business cultures prepared Bryce well for real estate with the changing cultural mix that is now New Zealand, particularly the Auckland market.
Bryce is a very successful, hardworking professional, with a strong belief in his ability to succeed and a dedication to providing quality service to both buyers and sellers. This would not have been possible over the years without the back-up of wife Diane and their children. Bryce and Diane now work as a team to provide an all-round service to their clients while their children have completed their university degrees and joined the workforce.
For Bryce and Diane the values of honesty, integrity and confidentiality are non-negotiable. Clients are often transacting their major asset (their home) and expect nothing less.
Having a feel for colour and design gives them the ability to help guide clients as to the potential of their properties. This ultimately leads to a more valuable asset when the time comes to sell. Whether the market is good or bad, having properties well presented at the time of sale gives the greatest chance of success. Bryce and Diane pride themselves in being able to provide quality advice and service.
Bryce is one of the residential real estate market’s most experienced players. He has an enviable track record that speaks for itself.

Dear Bryce and Diane
The words “thank you” seems so inadequate but they come from the heart.
I have never been as stresses as I was in my life – to move to a retirement home was a very hard decision to make.
However, your unfailing enthusiasm and encouragement, your kindness and consideration, your patience in answering all my questions, whether important or trivial, keeping me up to date after the Open Homes, explaining to me all that would take place at the auction (despite which I still dithered on the day) guided me through those very busy three weeks.
I did not realise I would get so nervous on the day and Diane kindly came to my rescue.
My grateful thanks are also due to Jordan Vandermade, Auctioneer and owner, Grant Lynch who were unresolved in the final negotiations to bring the whole procedure to a very satisfactory conclusion for me.
The professionalism, warmth and friendliness of all concerned have been of great importance to me in what was a very trying time.
I would have no hesitation in giving Unlimited Potential the highest recommendation in the future.
My very best wishes to you and my sincere thanks once again.

Please also feel free to add the following to your testimonials from Nat and I.
“We purchased a new home from Bryce, and at the same time gave him ours to sell. Working full time, limited our hours and Bryce was always available after hours. Purchasing a new home was a first for us, and Bryce was able to take us through many processes and advise us along the way when changes were to be made and we always felt he had our best interests at heart.
His experience showed with the finer detail, in particular layouts, colours, designs etc and although we had a long settlement, once the deal was unconditional, Bryce continued to be available and provide brilliant recommendations for further work we wanted to carry out and how best to achieve this.”
When selling our house we had regular updates from the open homes, and although not selling at auction we had 2 offers within the next 24hrs and was sold that week, (despite his shocking choice of golfing attire – you can remove this if want. )
Thanks Bryce, we look forward to enjoying our new home.
